Hi, I own a three bedroom two bath house located in Evergreen Shores. It's close to the intersection of black lake Rd, and delphi Rd Sw, Olympia. I'm very clean and easy to get along with. I enjoy many outdoor activities. I'm looking for one quiet, well mannered roommate to share my place. High speed Internet, and utilities are included in price besides the electric bill. I ask that you cover 25 % of the bill. There's a private park down the street with pool, and lake access to enjoy. Access to washer and dryer in the house. Bathroom is shared with one other roommate, but they will be moving by the end of the month. I'm sorry, but no pets allowed. This room is available for one person only. This is a non smoking, mostly scent free household for allergy reasons. I do not drink or smoke. I would prefer someone that does not as well but light drinking is ok. No cooking of meat is allowed but being plant based is not a requirement. The room will is available now and is unfurnished. Personal vehicle is needed because no public transit comes out here. Month to month contract, but I prefer someone that's willing to stay 6-12 months. Minimum requirement is a 2 month commitment and 30 days notice when moving out. First and last months rent, and deposit are required before move in. 350 dollar refundable damage deposit. Thanks
