Replenishment Buyer
If you have experience in order management, procurement, or as a Buyer or an Assistant Buyer there's a local food wholesale company is looking to add you to their leadership team as a Replenishment Buyer.
This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity with an established company that you'll proud to be a part of.
The employer has been in business for almost a 100 years, starting as a local produce company in Aberdeen, WA and evolving over time to serve the convenience and restaurant industries in a wholesaler capacity.
As a Replenishment Buyer, you'll be responsible for creating daily purchase orders with vendors based on procurement system data for twowarehouses within the company network based on economic order cyclesand product needs.
Using strong customer service skills, you'll ensure data integrity withinERP and procurement systems for replenishment of items to vendors.
You'll need to be able to analyze forecast accuracyacross assigned items and investigate discrepancies between forecast and actualsales.
Replenishment Buyer Job Duties:
Reconcile order confirmationsfrom vendors relating to pricing, receipt dates, and expected quantitiesMaintaining fill rates; achieving a setpercentage of in-stock products for customer shipmentsAnalyzeforecast accuracy across assigned items and investigate discrepancies Collaboratewith logistics and other relevant teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of customer ordersYou will be successful in this role if you a self-motivator with the ability to work alone and within a team.
You'll be in regular communication with internal partners and vendors so excellent written and verbal communication skills are key.
