We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the State of Washington Individual Provider One (WA IPOne) project. Individual ProviderOne (IPOne) is the online, electronic payment system that allows Individual Providers to submit timesheets, receive pay for hours worked for in-home clients, and allows providers to manage your Medicaid claims. IPOne replaced the former payment system, Social Service Payment System (SSPS), as of March 1, 2016.
Responsibilities
The Senior Business Analyst supports the project at the request of the Project Manager or Team Leads. Assists in coordinating project schedules, meetings and other tasks required to complete project scope. Provides analytical services and supports the development of project work products.
Responsibilities:The Senior Business Analyst performs Business Development efforts through: Analyzing client requests for proposals, and Supporting development of proposal responses
The Sr. Business Analyst performs Staff Development through: Identifying and recommending quality staff
The Sr. Business Analyst performs Quality and Risk Management through: Ensuring quality work products are delivered to clients Exercising discretion and independent judgment Providing IT job duties which may include:o Business and Technical Leadershipo System Analysiso Code Developmento Software Engineeringo or other similarly skilled computer-related work
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Building and Sustaining PCG's Business Portfolio
Participate in marketing services to current and potential clients
Participate in firm-building activities
Actively participate in Committee assignments and special projects
Support proposal development
Collaborate fully within the firm, and with external partners and clients to facilitate cross selling and other revenue-increasing activities
2. Managing and Building Upon Client Relationships
Preserve existing client relationships
Identify and develop prospective new relationships
3.Project Management and Oversight
Adhere to and support the PCG project management approach and other PMO principles and practices
Ensure project quality and compliance with all related regulations
Ensure communication among all key stakeholders
Qualifications

Required
Experience: Bachelor's degree or; Master's degree or; At least six (6) years of relevant industry experience in the areas of administration, information technology, finance or business operations

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
