INSIDE SALES REP

Salary/Hourly Rate: $45k to $52k
General Description:
Provide product line expertise and day-to-day order file management for all products, with inside sales support for all products in assigned territory
Essential functions and
Responsibilities:
1. Working with the sales staff team, responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships as well as building customer confidence.
2. Solicit orders by initiating telephone contact with current customers, as well as potential customers, and contribute to sales success consistent with the Division's annual plan sales goals.
3. Provide expertise on all products, the mill's production capabilities, product pricing and the sales/service program intended for the product line.
4. Manage short-term product, price, and service decisions to meet competitive circumstances and to better balance market demand against production capabilities.
5. Manage customer orders from the receipt of the order and order entry, to reviewing production schedules and assuring on-time delivery of customer orders.
6. Responsible for keeping the entire sales team attuned to order file goals, creatively exploring ways to stimulate sales and recommending adjustments to the overall pricing and service strategy.
Qualifications - Required:
- Associates in Arts degree with Business focus, or equivalent work experience
- 3 year's experience in building material direct sales or a sales support position
- Knowledge of millwork manufacturing process/capabilities
- Functional PC Skills
- Excellent communicator and Customer Service Skills
- Team player - work well with people in all phases of the business
- Excellent multi-tasking skills & organizational skills
- Self motivated
- Ability to work under stress in a fast paced working environment
- Flexible work schedule
- Detail oriented
Qualifications - Preferred:
- Prior customer service experience in the Millwork industryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
