Warmly welcoming and greeting patients Monitoring patient flow Creating, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of patient files Checking that patient insurance has been verified for the day Answering telephones and documenting any corresponding accurately Scheduling appointments and accurately gathering insurance information Checking for any patient balances for the day, processing and posting patient payments Adhering closely to the procedures for Opening and Closing the office Verifying balances and reports at the end of the day Communicating with doctors, staff, and patients in a professional manner Assisting with miscellaneous office duties as needed Following all current COVID protocols Preferred skills:
