The Wash Attendant will work collaboratively with others to ensure customer satisfaction in the car wash and to help deliver our Brand Promise experience to all our customers.
The ideal candidate should be a team player with a customer-centric approach and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional car wash services.
Duties and Responsibilities The Wash Attendant will support the team by doing the following:
Prep Cars Assist Customers Sell Club Memberships Maintain Car Wash Tunnel Other Duties as Assigned Skills and Requirements Assumes a flexible, dynamic, and proactive approach to all assigned tasks; ability to shift gears and do a wide variety of tasks needed in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and team environment skills Exceptional customer service skills Must be a self-starter, critical-thinker, solution-seeker, and problem-solver Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods of time and have full mobility and the ability to work with your hands above your head.
