Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive's Outlook calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings - Perform data entry, file documents, and transcribe meeting minutes as needed - Answer phone calls and emails professionally, providing excellent phone etiquette - Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing guest lists - Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations - Familiarity with phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling personal matters
Experience:
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred Note:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
