Responsibilities:
-Answer phones -Seat customers -Bag orders - Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers - Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries - Verify the accuracy of delivery orders before leaving the restaurant - Provide exceptional customer service by delivering products in a professional and friendly manner - Collect payments from customers, if required, and maintain accurate records of transactions - Communicate any issues or delays with deliveries to the appropriate personnel - Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the delivery vehicle Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Ability to navigate through various weather conditions - Familiarity with using GPS devices or navigation apps to plan routes - Must have cell phone to communicate with restaurant Preferred Skills:
- Experience in commercial driving or as a courier - Knowledge of refrigerated trailer operations for transporting perishable goods If you are a reliable and responsible individual with excellent driving skills, we encourage you to apply for the position of Delivery Driver.
