We are an Outpatient Imaging Center, open Monday - Friday, located in Olympia, Washington.

Compensation:
Hourly range is $21.
19 to $29.
87 The hourly wage is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.
The pay range listed above is base pay; this position may be eligible for additional compensation, such as shift differential (applied to all evening and weekend hours).

Summary:
Performs a variety of clerical functions that support the overall Imaging Center Ability to provide excellent phone service, to a high volume of callers Accurately enters incoming orders in a timely manner Ensures the accuracy of patient demographic, insurance information and known pre-authorization numbers Provides accurate cost-estimates and has the knowledge to respond to patient questions regarding routine billing and insurance matters Accurately schedules appointments following provided guidelines Ability to meet or exceed scheduling center performance metrics, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness Ability to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance but able to recognize when a situation is beyond individual training/expertise and requires assistance Qualifications and Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent Ability to successfully perform all PSR I functions, to include front desk reception duties and all modality scheduling Minimum of 1 year of radiology medical office experience Knowledge of medical insurance Must be very proficient in computer skills, multi-tasking and working with several software programs at the same time Demonstrates a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior in all work-related interactions To protect physicians, employees, and patients of Radia from contracting COVID-19 and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, Radia requires that all Health Care Setting Workers receive a COVID-19 vaccination, subject to the exemptions.
New hires will be required to present written proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a written request for an Exemption within 30 days of hire.
