We need a great Personal Insurance Account Manager to work closely with our Account Executives to maintain and service our accounts along with assisting them with any queries they may have.
The right Personal Insurance Account Manager will be driven and persistent as well as a self-starter who can really guide and service our customers to the best of their ability.

Responsibilities Handle telephone requests and correspondence in reference to assigned clients and respond within 24 hours of receipt.
Prepare and process all requests for evidence of insurance to mortgagees and loss payees, endorsements, and auto identification cards as required within 24 hours of request.
Type and issue binders of insurance as required within 24 hours of request.
Assist prospects/insureds.
Prepare memo/letter of explanation for endorsement changes.
Produce and review the monthly expiration list for assigned clients 120 days prior to expiration.
Prepare applications for all assigned new and renewal business if required by carrier.
Forward completed submission to designated carriers and/or rate the submission in our office following the company's underwriting guidelines/criteria according to established time frame.
Rate and complete endorsement, cancellation, additional or return premiums as required within 72 hours of request.
Keep producers (if applicable) fully informed of all important activities on their accounts, including being sensitive to potential problems and informing management.
Process claims.
Accurately maintain all client activity in the agency automation system.
Maintain suspense items within 72 hours of diary date.
Maintain accurate and update client file with proper imaged documents.
Comply with all aspects of the agency's billing, accounts receivable and collections policy.
Keep current on rates, forms and coverage changes through circulars and bulletins, trade publication and seminars and schools offered.
Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Property and Casualty.
Resident Producer License in Property and Casualty.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to successfully interact at all company levels while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
Must be comfortable dealing with all kinds of people and have a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Strong work ethic with very high standards for both quality and quantity of work.
Ability to learn technical material related to insurance regulations, processes and related technology systems.
Solution-oriented when dealing with clients, team members and internal departments.
Strong relationship management skills with both internal and external customers; behavior consistently reflects the best interest of the client and team.
Ability to both work independently and in a team-based environment.
Demonstrated project management skills and highly responsive in meeting clients' needs and timelines.
Self-motivated and proactive in organizing work and anticipating issues in advance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates proficiency with necessary technology and software, specifically Adobe and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, maintain organization and attention to detail in a changing environment.
Requires travel to client or offsite meeting locations.
