Direct Support Professionals support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by implementing behavior plans, teaching self-care skills, cooking meals, doing household tasks, and fun activities.
We are hiring for a swing shift.
This shift is a 6pm -12am (24 hours 1 week/18 hours your 2nd week then rotation repeats).
You must be available for training during the daytime.
We offer paid training taught by experienced staff.
Houses are located in the Lacey/Olympia area.
New hire bonus:
$500 after completing 90 days plus another $500 after completing 6 months of work and all training requirements completed.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with their personal care - personal hygiene and grooming Daily tasks include light housekeeping, laundry, and keeping the home comfortable for the clients Plan meals, shopping for groceries, preparing and serving food/meals Accompany clients to scheduled appointments and outings Remind and assist clients with self-administration of medications (with training) Document services provided using computer software Requirements:
Must be able to provide proof of a completed Covid vaccination card -Be at least 18 Years or older Be Able to Pass a Washington State Criminal Background Check Have the Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
