We are looking for an experienced salesperson, also known as a Care Coordinator, to lead our sales efforts and drive Comfort Keeper's growth in the in-home caregiving market.
Responsibilities:
Create a meaningful impact on potential clients through regular communication and in-home visits Implement proven sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets Create and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, rehab centers, and physician offices Generate and follow up on leads to close new business Check-in weekly with clients to create lasting relationships, building trust with reliability and compassion.
Requirements:
Extensive sales experience is a must, preferably in the in-home caregiving field Medical knowledge preferred Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue Excellent communication skills Sense of urgency Great amount of integrity Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the in-home caregiving industry and its regulatory environment Work Environment:
Expect to travel via car in Pierce, Thurston, Mason, Lewis, and Grays Harbor counties up to 75% of the time for in-home visits and scheduled events When you are not traveling, you will be working in office to complete paperwork and other tasks needed for the position.
